Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty means if at any time the purchaser of our services during the lifetime of their home ownership needs service on the work we performed at the house, will not be charged for additional repairs.
Fully Transferable means that upon selling your house, you can transfer this lifetime warranty to the new owners of the home. All that is required to do this is calling our office and notifying us of your intent.
